Zoella Beauty

Zoella Beauty was launched just recently by Zoella, darling of YouTube land and personal favorite of yours truly. I anxiously awaited her realease of what promised to be adorable products and I wasn't disappointed. As I live in the USA, the only place you can currently purchase the range is at Feel Unique. By the time I woke up at 6 in the morning, they were already sold out of the candle (and nobody ships the body mist to the USA yet), can you believe it? So I picked up everything else that was available here in America and bought two of everything, one for me to try and review and one for you to possibly win! So, what did I think? I'll give you a brief highlight below, but the big fat haul/review/giveaway will be up in a week or two on The Royal Life so keep your pretty peepers open!

Soak Opera Bath Soap and Shower Cream ~ My #1 pick! A delightful little mix of both bath soak and shower cream! I added one TBSP to my running water and the  picture below is the result. Fragranced with Zoella's light, versatile, feminine, and perfume-like scent, this opalescent bubble bath and cream is perfect for any lady, regardless of age. The bubbles lasted for about four and half minutes and although the lovely smell didn't transfer to my skin really well, it was well worth the money for one and a half pounds of luxury!

Fizz Bar Fragrance Bath Fizzer ~ I have a lot of experience with bath fizzies, bath bombs, bath truffles, bubble bath bars, and the like so it's necessary to say that at this point, I'm picky. The packaging for this fizzy tablet can't be beat. I've never seen the like. It's a very VERY durable, thick paper with an ornate design and gold embellishments. The color doesn't run when wet and the little fizzy lasts for about 3-4 minutes, which in my opinion is really long. Now, if you're looking for something to really moisturize the skin and make you feel soft and smoothe, this isn't for you. The water didn't feel very different nor did my skin have the classic slip a hydrating and nourishing bath bomb leaves you with. However, it was fun, smelled nice, lasted a long time, and came perfectly packaged and that's enough to satisfy me!

The Eyes Beauty Bag / Pencil Case ~ I needed a new beauty bag. I've been using my mother's from college and it's safe to say that it's seen better days. I felt like this was a gamble when I added it to my cart. We all know the cheap-o, plastic, "oh, my design just rubbed off in my hand" plastic pencil cases our teachers required us to use in grade school and I didn't want to waste my hard earned cash on something that would fall apart in a month or two. Boy, was I surprised. The design is never going to wear off as it is not printed on the outside. The zipper is sturdy and easy to slide and the size is perfect for a few nights away. Now, it does have a polyester lining, which some might view as a downside as even the best of us might infrequently have a leaky bottle or a spill of some type and it's always harder to clean cloth than to wipe off plastic. Other than that, it's too cute and I'm very glad I purchased it!

Creamy Madly Dreamy Body Lotion ~ My #2 Pick! This is a lot of heavily fragranced, non-greasy, super nourishing body lotion, my dear! I have eczema on my fingers and finding a lotion or body butter that doesn't make me break out to kingdom come is rare. Thankfully, this one didn't! In fact, I found my little chaffed fingers in much better condition the morning after using this than the night before. I used it all over my body that night and during our visit the next day, the Cat said "Listen here, Bubu. You smell amazing!" If that's not high praise I don't know what is!

In conclusion, yes I liked the range and would recommend it, specifically for young ladies between the ages of 12 and 17. (Christmas presents for buddies?) It was pretty, straight-forward, and a very good quality and amount for the price. I raise my crown to you, Zoella for designing this set of goodies. I'm impressed. So, have you tired Zoella Beauty? What did you think? I'm dying to know!
