Beautiful soap

The packaging was adorable, and the scents immediately went up the moment we opened the box. Every scent smelled amazing and I can't wait to use ses them all. Beautiful quality at a great price.

Always good

We haven’t made our own for several months and rely on yours. The only concern is the soap gets soft in spite of using a soap dish to drain the water. I really like the Frankincense soap, and haven’t started the shampoo as my previous bar is still lasting well.

I’m sure they are great

I have ordered soaps, wax melts, shampoo bars and conditioner bars from royalty soaps many times over the years. I understand that reviews are very helpful to businesses and I do leave them when a product/service is either very good or very poor and don’t when they are just okay because as we have seen over the years a 5 star is great and anything else is bad generally. I am leaving this review because I feel it needs to be said and I have tried sending emails about it privately but I have not been responded to and the issue keeps happening. I live on a small island and ever since Covid packages have taken a much longer than expected time to arrive. Amazon finally started giving me accurate tracking information that says that my item will arrive in 6 weeks, which is around the average time it takes for things shipping from state side using USPS. This isn’t an issue for me but having emails asking me to review items every few days when I still haven’t received my package is quite annoying. I would love to actually review these items because I am sure they are as amazing as the past ones I have received but I can’t say that for sure.
