Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Royalty Soaps. We want you to have clear expectations about how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days before shipment. During high-volume seasons, including Christmas and other major launches, processing time may extend to 5–7 business days.

Please note that processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping Carriers and Rates

We currently ship using USPS and FedEx.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on factors such as:

  • package weight
  • destination
  • shipping method selected

We work to offer the best shipping rates available to us, and we do not offer separate shipping discounts outside of the rates shown at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Please note that faster shipping methods apply to transit time after your order has been processed and shipped. They do not shorten our stated processing time.

International Shipping

We ship to many international destinations. If shipping is available to your country, you will be able to enter your address and view shipping options at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping charges collected at checkout unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Please make sure you are familiar with your country’s import rules before placing your order. If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes, we will issue a refund for the product(s) minus the original shipping cost. If you would like the order reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an address error and your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Page, and we will do our best to update it.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change or reroute it. If the package is returned to us by the carrier, we can either:

  • refund the product(s) minus the original shipping cost, or
  • reship the order to the correct address at your expense

Combining Multiple Orders

If you place multiple orders on the same day going to the same address, we may be able to combine them.

To help our system recognize matching orders, please enter your shipping address exactly the same way on each order.

When qualifying domestic orders can be combined, we refund shipping overages of $3.00 or more. Not all orders qualify for combination or shipping refunds, depending on packaging, label creation, weight limits, and operational constraints.

International orders do not qualify for combined shipping refunds.

Transit Times and Delivery Delays

Carrier delivery estimates are just that: estimates. Actual delivery time depends on your location, the shipping method selected, weather, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control.

For example, USPS Priority Mail is generally estimated at 1–3 business days after shipment, but delays can occur.

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for delivery. We only have access to the same tracking information that is sent to you.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you should receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information using the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow a little time for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package appears delayed in transit, please first check the tracking information provided.

If the carrier appears to have lost your package, you may need to contact the carrier directly for further assistance. If you need help locating your shipment details, please contact us through our Contact Page.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or being left unclaimed, we can:

  • refund the product(s) minus the original shipping cost, or
  • reship the package for an additional shipping charge
