Peppermint + Hot Cocoa Artisan Soap

I am disappointed by the fragrance, mainly because it's so hyped-up in the videos - it gets made every Christmas because everyone loves it so much! Really makes you wanna buy it. But then I opened it and it is just not at all to my taste. I love the smells of Peppermint, Coffee, and Chocolate. Love them! And I like them really strong too! Apparently I don't care for them all smashed together in a soap, and to my nose they all smell really "fake." Maybe saponification changed them significantly? I expected the soap to smell sweet too and somehow I don't pickup any sweet notes. I even cut the bar in half to separate the Peppermint from the Coffee and Cocoa to see if that would help, but it didn't. I still found both halves to be unpleasant.
The formula is wonderful, very luxurious and moisturizing and the added exfoliating coffee grounds will be excellent for scrubbing up after gardening this summer, so I'll definitely keep it around and I'll keep the Peppermint half in the guest bathroom, maybe someone that comes over will like it!
I will say this: Luckily for me, I did not find that this is a scent combo that lingers on my skin.

This soap smells so good you swear you bathed on hot cocoa and pepermint.

My cousin happened to have some of the holiday soaps at a family Christmas party and gave this scent to me. After finally using it, I think I'm definitely going to splurge from now on! I have really dry skin and have never, until using this soap, had my hands so soft after washing them. Thank you so much for having such a lovely formula!

I have always been a little skeptical of this scent combination but a sample received earlier in the year won me over, and I'm really glad it did. Honestly, that's exactly what it smells like - a warm mug of peppermint hot chocolate. The scents mingle perfectly and the contrast between the rich brown and ice white of the bar is stunning. Absolutely recommended for cozy winter washing.

Lobe ordering from here product is fantastic shopping takes longer then stated but I go it before Christmas that’s all that mattered to me. Now I just need to get my daughter one for her birthday
